About the Owner
Mario's background includes working ten years in the A&S Yonkers store and learning the business under the supervision and training of Joe, Tony and Nicky Competiello. In Yonkers, Mario worked his way through the kitchen preparing, cooking, butchering, and making sausage. The A&S Yonkers store did limited catering, but Mario took it to a new level, transforming the business to one of prepared foods and gourmet catering.
